Jenny is a strategic innovation consultant specializing in growth strategy, digital transformation and customer experience. She has spearheaded transformations for global airlines, pharmaceutical leaders, tech giants, and her family’s manufacturing business—turning complex challenges into scalable solutions.
A dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, Jenny founded the Global Women Entrepreneur Salon, building a global community of female leaders. As VP of the GUI Fundation, her family office’s investment arm, she directs capital to women’s education and women‑led innovations.
Jenny holds BS and MS degrees from Kyoto University and a certificate specialized in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Harvard Business School.
